采用机械球磨法对聚苯胺进行NiCl2掺杂

摘 要: 采用机械球磨法利用NiCl2对EB态聚苯胺(PANI)进行掺杂,制备了2组导电的[NiCl2]0.5PANI样品。分别对这2组样品进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infra-red, FT-IR)、紫外可见光光谱(ultraviolet visible, UV-vis)、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction, XRD)表征和电导率测量,研究了球磨转速和球磨时间对样品性能的影响。实验结果表明:采用机械球磨法,NiCl2和EB态PANI的掺杂反应在10 min内就被引发,样品电导率随球磨转速或球磨时间的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,这与样品相应的Q,B,C—N红外特征峰红移量的变化规律相一致。过高的球磨转速和过长的球磨时间可能会使相邻PANI链之间的距离变大,从而引起样品的电导率和Q,B,C—N红外特征峰红移量的下降。

Title: NiCl2 doping polyaniline via mechanical ball milling

Abstract: Two groups of conducting [NiCl2]0.5PANI were prepared by doping polyaniline base with NiCl2 through mechanical ball milling. To investigate the effect of milling rate and milling time on the properties of [NiCl2]0.5 PANI, the samples were characterized by Fourier transform infra-red (FT-IR), ultraviolet visible (UV-vis), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and conductivity measurement. The experimental results indicated that the doping reaction between NiCl2 and polyaniline base could be induced within 10 min. As increasing milling rate and/or milling time, the conductivity of samples increases firstly, and then decreases, which is similar to the trend of the change of red-shift of characteristic absorption peak of Q, B and C—N stretching vibration resulted by the increase of milling rate and milling time. Higher milling rate and longer milling time may produce the increase of the distance between PANI chains, resulting in the decrease of conductivity and the decrease the change of red-shift for Q, B and C—N stretching vibration absorption.
