基于PC串口的开关量检测控制系统开发

摘 要: | 提出利用计算机作为控制器,采用简单的分立电子元件实现串行接口信号转换功能,用MSComm控件编程,直接利用计算机串行接口实现检测和控制开关信号的方法;并且设计了具有4路开关量输入通道和3路开关量输出通道的串行接口模块,采用Visual Basic 6.0开发了计算机测控软件,组成结构简单的开关量测控系统。实验结果表明:该方法在计算机不可或缺的系统应用条件下切实可行,系统结构简单、抗干扰能力强、扩展性强、实时性好。 |

Abstract: | Switch signal detection and control systems adopt host-slave architecture in the present situation, a new method for detecting and controlling switch signal directly through computer serial interface is proposed. In this method, the computer functions as the main controller, realizing the serial interface signal conversion with the simple discrete electronic component, and detecting and controlling switch signal by programming with MSComm control. The switch signal detection and control system with simple structure is composed of one serial interface module with 4 input channels and 3 output channels and the computer software for detecting and controlling developed with Visual Basic 6.0. The experimental results indicate that this method is practical and feasible in a situation where a computer is indispensable in the application system, and the system features simple structure, strong anti-interference capability, good expansibility, and excellent real-time performance. |
