心率变异性短时程频域参数的可重复性探讨

| 摘 要： | 采用Pearson相关系数和组内相关系数（intraclass correlation coefficient，ICC）对20例正常志愿者短期和长期内心率变异性（heart rate variability，HRV）短时程频域参数的可重复性进行探讨。结果表明：HRV短时程频域各参数在短期和长期内都具有较好的可重复性，并且短期可重复性好于长期可重复性，为HRV用于临床检测和研究提供了基础依据。 |

| Abstract： | Pearson correlation coefficient and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) are used to study the short-term and long-term repeatability of the short-term frequency domain parameters of heart rate variability (HRV) with 20 healthy volunteers. The results show that the short-term frequency domain parameters of HRV have good short-term and long-term repeatability, and the short-term repeatability is better than the long-term repeatability, which provides a basis for HRV used in clinical testing and research. |
