新疆特产准噶尔乌头中生物碱成分的分析

摘 要: | 采用现代方法技术提取出准噶尔乌头中总生物碱;通过薄层色谱(thin layer chromatograph,TLC)初步确认生物碱的主要化学组成;利用紫外光谱(ultraviolet spectrum,UV)对经过酸性染料络合的生物碱进行分析,分别检测其根、茎、叶中总生物碱的含量。结果确定准噶尔乌头中含有欧乌碱、12-表-欧乌碱、宋果灵、尼奥灵和准噶尔碱,其中欧乌碱和准噶尔碱为首次在该植物中发现;准噶尔乌头的根、茎、叶中总生物碱含量分别为1.67,0.05,0.29 mg/g.该结果为进一步研究其药理活性、毒性机理以及开发创新药物奠定了物质基础。 |

Abstract: | Advanced methods and techniques were used to extract the total alkaloids in different parts of Aconitum soongaricum Stapf. Then thin layer chromatograph (TLC) was used to preliminarily identify main chemical components of the alkaloids, and ultraviolet spectrum (UV) was used to confirm the components and the contents of alkaloids in root, stem and leaf. Experimental results show that napelline, 12-epi-napelline, songorine, neoline and songoramine are identified in A. soongaricum Stapf; also, napelline and songoramine are first found in it. And the contents of total alkaloids are 1.67, 0.05, 0.29 mg/g in root, stem and leaf, respectively. These establish foundations for further research, including pharmacology, toxicity and new drug development. |
