药用植物湖北麦冬传粉特性与其不育的关系研究

| 摘 要： | 对湖北麦冬的传粉特性与其不育的关系进行研究。结果表明：湖北麦冬花期为6月下旬至8月下旬，单花花期1 d，9:20左右开花，16:30左右关闭。单花花期内柱头都具有过氧化氢酶活性，开花后1～2 h柱头可授性最高。花粉计数为25 778±9 682，花粉数与胚珠比（P/O）为4 296±1 614，说明湖北麦冬为专性异交的交配系统。花期内散播出的花粉没有活力，畸形率约为95.55%. 自然状态下不存在风媒花粉流，为虫媒传粉。传粉者的传粉频率及传粉效率较低以及花粉畸形率高且没有活力是湖北麦冬不育的重要原因。 |

| Abstract： | In this paper, the relationship between pollination characteristic and sterility of Liriope spicata var. prolifera was studied. The results were as follows: Duration of flowering of L. spicata var. prolifera varied from late June to late August．Anthesis of a single flower often lasted for 1 d．L. spicata var. prolifera bloomed at around 9: 20 and finished at around 16: 30. The stigma receptivity was the highest 1 to 2 hours after blooming, although stigma had catalase activity in the whole anthesis. The pollen count was 25 778±9 682. The pollen-ovule ratio, ranging from 4 296±1 614, reflected as an obligate xenogamy system. Pollen in the anthesis had no viability and their aberration rate was 95.55%. Wind pollination did not exist in this area. The flowers of this species were pollinated by insects. Besides low frequency and efficiency of pollination, the high aberration rate and debility of pollen were significant reasons of sterility of L. spicata var. prolifera. |
