益气养阴活血利水中药对兔视网膜脱离后视网膜组织中MMP-2表达的影响

| 摘 要： | 目的：研究益气养阴活血利水之复明片对兔实验性视网膜脱离后视网膜组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2（matrix metalloproteinase-2, MMP-2）表达的影响。方法：将36只有色家兔随机分为正常对照组（A组）、模型组（B组）、西药对照组（C组）、复明片组（D组），每组9只。B，C，D组制作视网膜脱离模型。造模后第1天下午开始给药，A组与B组均予温开水灌胃，5 mL/kg·体重，1次/d；C组予西药混合溶液灌胃，5 mL/kg·体重，1次/d；D组予复明片混悬液灌胃，5 mL/kg·体重，1次/d. 并于造模后第7，14，21天采用S-P免疫组化法检测视网膜组织中MMP-2的表达。结果：MMP-2在模型组和西药对照组的视网膜色素上皮（retinal pigment epithelial，RPE）细胞及巨噬细胞中强阳性表达，着染深或较深；在复明片组的RPE细胞及巨噬细胞中弱阳性表达，着染浅。结论：益气养阴活血利水之复明片能下调视网膜组织中MMP-2的表达。 |

| Abstract： | Objective: To investigate the effects of Fuming tablets (FMT) of qi-benefiting, yin-fostering, and blood-invigorating and diuresis-activating on the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in the retinal tissue after detachment of the retina of rabbit. Methods: 36 rabbits were divided into normal contrast group (group A), retinal detachment model group (group B), western medicine contrast group (group C), and FMT group (group D). Each group had 9 rabbits. Group B, C, D were made retinal detachment model. After models were made one day they were given medicine. Group A and B were administrated intragastrically with 5 mL/kg warm water, once a day. Group C was administrated intragastrically with 5 mL/kg western medicine solution, once a day. Group D was administrated intragastrically with 5 mL/kg FMT suspension, once a day. Then the method S-P was adopted to investigate the expression of MMP-2, MMP-2 in the retinal tissue respectively in the 7th day, 14th day and 21st day. Results: MMP-2 took on strong positive expression in the RPE cells of model group and west medicine group, dyeing dark or pretty dark color; while weak masculine expression in the RPE cells of FMP group, dyeing shallow color. Conclusion: FMT with the functions of qi-benefiting, yin-fostering, blood-invigorating and diuresis-activating, can decrease the expression of MMP-2 in the retinal tissue. |
