铁柱撑蒙脱石吸附罗丹明-B的实验研究

摘 要: 为了解改性钙基蒙脱石对染料废水的吸附差异,分别采用硝酸铁、氯化铁为原料,制备了2种铁柱撑蒙脱石。X-射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)结果表明:铁柱撑后蒙脱土d(001)晶面衍射峰均产生宽化;蒙脱石对罗丹明-B的静态吸附实验表明:样品的吸附等温线符合Langmuir等温吸附方程,吸附动力学经拟合为伪二级动力学方程;最大吸附容量关系为:硝酸铁柱撑蒙脱石大于氯化铁柱撑蒙脱石大于蒙脱石原土,且吸附率都随pH值的增大而降低。

Abstract: To study the effect of modified Ca-montmorillonite on the adsorption of dye wastewater, two sorts of Fe-pillared-montmorillonites were prepared with ferric nitrate and ferric chloride as raw materials, respectively. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results showed that the crystal face diffraction peak plane d(001) of the two Fe-pillared-montmorillonites became wider compared to the Ca-mmt. The experiment of Rhodamine-B adsorption on montmorillonite under static condition demonstrated that the adsorption isotherms of all the samples were in accord with the isothermal adsorption equation of Langmuir, and the kinetics data for the adsorption from aqueous solutions were in good agreement with the pseudo-second-order kinetics equation. The adsorption capacities of Fe(NO3)3-mmt and FeCl3-mmt were superior to Ca-mmt and the effect of Fe(NO3)3-mmt was preferable. The rates of adsorption decreased with the increase of pH value.
