复合单元法在多阶梯梁自由振动中的应用与实验验证

摘 要: 通过实验对具有2个阶梯和4个阶梯的悬臂梁进行模态测试,得到实测的前几阶模态频率和相应的振型。在划分不同单元个数的情况下,将利用复合单元法(composite element method, CEM)和ANSYS软件所得的固有频率和振型与实测结果进行比较分析。研究结果表明:复合单元法所得的频率和振型与实测结果符合得较好,并且具有建模时自由度少、高效高精度的优点。

Title: Composite element method for free vibration analysis of non-uniform beams and its experimental validation

Abstract: Two modal tests were conducted for beams with two steps and four steps and the first few modal frequencies and the associated mode shapes were obtained. For the cases of different elements, comparison on the natural frequencies and mode shape was conducted for the results from the composite element method (CEM), ANSYS and the measured ones. Results in this paper show that the results from CEM agree well with the measured ones. And the CEM has the advantages of small number of degree-of-freedom in the modeling and high preciseness.
