基于ANSYS的石英熔融拉管机芯杆变形分析

摘 要: 主要针对石英熔融拉管机中芯杆变形的现象进行分析,并对其变形原因从理论上进行总结,同时把分析结果应用到实际生产中,在调节芯杆时采取合适的速度,防止产生背压差,变形加剧,从而使得拉管机所拉出的玻璃管符合要求。利用ANSYS软件对芯杆移动时所受阻力对芯杆变形的影响进行分析,并验证芯杆移动时产生的微量变形并不影响使用。

Title: Analysis on the deformation of core rod in the melting quartz drawing machine with the software of ANSYS

Abstract: In this paper, the phenomenon of the deformation of core rod in the quartz drawing machine is analyzed and the reason is summarized theoretically, which is used in the practical production. When the rod is moved, the moving speed must be selected properly, which can eliminate the deformation. Therefore, the software of ANSYS is used to analyze the relationship between resistance and deformation of the core rod. At the same time, it is verified that the micro-deformation caused by moving the rod does not affect its function.
