压力盒加长引线和通道扩展模块对压力盒标定影响

摘 要: 通过对电阻应变式压力盒的室内油标试验,分析DT515数据采集器主机连接通道扩展模块(channel expansion module,CEM)以及压力盒加长引出电缆对标定结果的影响。结果显示:DT515主机在连接CEM后所采集到的压力盒初值发生了变化,但标定曲线斜率几乎不变;压力盒加长引出电缆对标定曲线的斜率影响较小,可以忽略不计;在增加CEM和压力盒加长引出电缆后,压力盒依然能使标定曲线保持较好的线性,其标定相关系数R2仍然较好地保持在0.99左右。

Abstract: The chief object of this research is to survey the influence of using channel expansion module(CEM) and lengthening pressure cell cables on the calibration of resistance�strain pressure cells. The results show that the pressure cells' initial values change when a CEM is connected to the DT515, however , slopes of calibration curves almost remain the same; the influence of the extended cables on the calibration of pressure cells is so faintness that can be ignored; all the pressure cells remain the fine linearity of the calibration curves of which the correlation coefficients R2 are approximately 0.99.
