物理缺陷对热轧H型钢柱承载能力的影响研究

摘 要: 针对热轧H型钢存在残余应力和材质不均匀等物理缺陷,通过现场实测的方法获得热轧H型钢残余应力和材质不均匀的分布规律,以有限元分析软件ANSYS为工作平台,基于稳定性理论,探讨物理缺陷对H型钢柱极限承载力的影响,为设计、生产及使用H型钢提供一些参考思路。

Title: The influence of physical defects on the load capacity of hot rolling H-beam

Abstract: There are many physical defects which include residual stress and non-uniform material in hot rolling H-beam. In this paper, the residual stress distribution and non-uniform material in hot rolling H-beam are obtained mainly with the measurement method. Based on the stability theory and taken FEA software ANSYS as working platform, the extent of the influence of the physical defects on the ultimate load capacity of H-beam is discussed, and some reference thoughts for the design, production and use of the H-beam are provided.
