工业蓄电池工作状态远程监测系统的设计

摘 要: 利用控制器局域网(controller area network,CAN)总线和MAX232串口通信实现了工业蓄电池状态参数的远程监测。该设计可以将现场采集到的蓄电池电压、充放电电流、蓄电池内阻和蓄电池环境温度等参数远距离可靠并准确地传输给监控室PC机,便于操作人员远程监控。另外,该设计采用的是Matlab串口采集方式和图形用户界面(graphical user interface,GUI)显示方式,关于Matlab串口采集功能,只针对Matlab 6.X和Matlab 7.0以上的版本。鉴于Matlab软件拥有强大的科学计算能力、可视化界面操作功能以及开放式可扩展环境,支持诸多面向不同应用的工具箱,最典型的是神经网络工具箱。因此,该系统理论上完全能实现蓄电池荷电状态的监测,并经实验结果验证准确可靠,能适应各种现场环境的监测,且具有良好的扩展性。

Title: Design of industrial accumulator working state remote monitoring system

Abstract: This paper designs a remote monitoring system for industrial accumulator state measurement by means of controller area network (CAN) bus and MAX232 serial communication. The design can transfer the measured signal to PC computer in the monitoring room, and it is convenient for the operator to supervise. In addition, the serial data acquisition and graphical user interface (GUI) display by Matlab are used. The function of serial data acquisition is supported by Matlab 6.X or Matlab 7.0 and their higher version. Based on the powerful computational capability and the function of visible interface operations, together with its open extensible environment, Matlab software supports different kind of toolbox oriented to various applications, the most typical toolbox is neural network toolbox, so the system could monitor the state of charge in theory. According to the test results, the system, which adapts to the monitor of different environment, has good accuracy, reliability and expansibility.
