热力学理论在切削系统中的应用研究

摘 要: 借助不平衡热力学理论,在研究切削热力学体系局域平衡假设、守恒方程的基础上,建立切削加工系统切削热力学体系。在该热力学体系中,不可逆的热力学过程包括:热传导、扩散、粘结、粘滞性塑性流动和化学反应,并用熵流和熵产生描述不可逆过程中的变化。借助于非平衡态热力学的理论和Curie原理研究热力学体系各子过程之间的相互作用,研究表明:不同张量阶的子过程之间不存在耦合,但通过体系结构和元素的变化仍可产生相互影响。

Title: Research on the application of thermodynamic theory in cutting system

Abstract: Thermodynamic system of cutting was developed with non-equilibrium thermodynamic theory based on local equilibrium hypothesis and conservation equation. In this system, non-equilibrium processes include heat conduction, diffusion, adherence, viscosity plastic flow and chemical reaction. Entropy flow and entropy generation were employed to describe the change in those non-equilibrium processes. Furthermore, interactions among sub-processes were studied with non-equilibrium thermodynamic theory and Curie principle. The results indicate that there is no coupling among sub-processes, while influences still exist through changes of system structure and elements.
