基于PMAC的簇绒机零编程数控系统研究

摘 要: | 采用PC+NC结构,建立了一种基于可编程多轴控制器(programmable multi-axis controller,PMAC)的簇绒机零编程数控加工控制系统。在AutoCAD中进行图形设计,并通过对AutoCAD进行二次开发搭建计算机辅助设计(computer aided design,CAD)/计算机辅助制造(computer-aided manufacturing,CAM)设计平台,提取目标图形的轮廓点位坐标信息,自动生成NC代码。然后基于Visual C++,结合PComm 32动态链接库中的函数开发数控系统操作软件,实现上位机与PMAC的通讯,充分开发上位机的管理能力和PMAC的数控功能,最终实现对复杂图形地毯的自动加工。 |

Abstract: | Based on the PC+NC structure, a processing control system of auto-programming computer numerical control (CNC) for tufting machine was built by the introduction of programmable multi-axis controller (PMAC). It can design the patterning in the AutoCAD, and the computer aided design (CAD)/computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) design platform can be set up by the use of the secondary development of AutoCAD, based on which the coordinates information of the object patterning can be extracted and the NC code can be generated automatically. Combined with the PComm 32 dynamic link library, the Visual C++ was invited to act as the programming language in the CNC’s operating software, thanks to which, the communication between the Windows and PMAC was realized and the Windows’ management capability and the numeric controller’s power were fully explored. Finally, the automatic machining carpet with complex patterning was achieved. |
