平面包络环面蜗杆数控加工的编程与仿真技术研究

摘 要: 提出平面包络环面蜗杆五轴数控侧铣加工工艺方案。具体利用UG及其开发平台、VC++和VERICUT对平面包络环面蜗杆五轴数控侧铣编程的前置处理及后置处理、加工仿真等关键技术进行研究,最后通过仿真实例验证平面包络环面蜗杆五轴数控侧铣加工工艺方案的可行性和有效性。

Title: Research on programming and simulation technologies for NC machining planar enveloping hourglass worm

Abstract: A five-axis computer numerical control (CNC) flank milling process plan for the planar enveloping hourglass worm is proposed in this paper. Some specific researches are done for the key technologies including solid modeling, pre-processing, post processing and machining simulation of the five-axis flank milling programming by using UG and its development tools, VC++ and VERICUT. The simulation results indicate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed five-axis CNC flank milling process plan for the planar enveloping hourglass worm.
