超声珩齿带孔圆锥形变幅器非谐振设计与仿真分析

摘 要: | 为研究超声珩齿振动系统的非谐振设计,基于变截面杆纵振波动方程和圆盘弯曲振动位移方程,根据变幅器振动的非谐振性和边界条件,推导出超声珩齿振动系统的动力学频率方程。通过Matlab软件求解,得出一组变幅器设计参数,讨论频率方程解误差、变幅杆设计长度和变幅器振动频率的关系,研究中间孔大小对变幅器放大系数的影响。通过ANSYS模态分析得出了变幅器的谐振频率与理论设计结果的一致性,从而验证了非谐振设计方法的可行性。 |

Abstract: | To study the non-resonant design method of vibration system of ultrasonic gear honing, the frequency equation and the amplification factor formulas of the vibration system are derived based on the wave equation of longitudinal vibration in slender rod and the displacement equation of bending vibration in thin disk, and according to the non-resonance nature and boundary condition of the amplitude transformer. A set of design parameters is obtained by the software of Matlab, the relationship of the frequency equation error, the length of the horn and the vibration frequency of the amplitude transformer is discussed, and the effect of the middle hole in the horn on the amplification factor is studied. From the model analysis of ANSYS, it is concluded that the frequency of the amplitude transformer is consistent with the design results and the non-resonant design method is feasible. |
