基于ANSYS的防尘密封圈密封性能研究

摘 要: 借助大型有限元分析软件ANSYS,针对A型密封防尘圈大变形和非线性特征,建立氟橡胶、丁腈橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶3种不同橡塑材料的A型防尘密封圈的非线性有限元分析模型,对3种材料进行最大接触应力、平均接触应力及应力分布的分析对比。其结果对提高不同材料A形防尘密封圈的设计水平,改善密封圈的性能具有一定的理论意义和指导作用。

Title: Study on seal performance of dustproof seal ring based on ANSYS

Abstract: By using ANSYS software, aiming at the large deformation and nonlinear characteristics of type A dustproof seal ring, established nonlinear finite element analysis model of type A dustproof seal ring with three kinds of rubber and plastic materials, namely fluorine rubber, butyl rubber, polyurethane rubber, the maximum contact stress, the average contact stress and the stress distribution of three kinds of materials were analyzed and contrasted. The result has certain theoretical significance and guiding role for improving the study and design level of type A dustproof seal ring with different materials, and improving seal performance.
