基于单片机的漏电保护装置设计

摘 要: | 介绍各低压供电系统及其漏电电流的特征,并分析漏电保护装置在各系统中的应用差异。设计了一种针对保护接地(terra terra,TT)系统的基于单片机的漏电保护装置,其具有判断漏电电流幅值与相位大小、线路温度测量、火灾预防与消防联动并根据反馈信号对故障电路做出处理等功能,且能够对故障相进行快速分析,根据信息融合技术采取相应处理措施,实现漏电保护装置的智能化。分别应用Matlab,Protues软件对TT系统发生单相、二相漏电故障电流波形特性和单片机进行仿真,仿真结果表明此设计达到实际运用要求。 |

Abstract: | This paper introduced the characteristics of leakage current in low-voltage power supply system and analyzed the application difference of leakage protection device in different system. It designed a leakage protection device based on micro control unit (MCU) for terra terra (TT) system. The device can detect the phase and amplitude of leakage current, measure the line temperature, prevent fire and link the fire control and handle the fault circuit according to feedback signal. The device can quickly analyze the fault phase, and make appropriate treatment measures based on information fusion technology to achieve intellectualization of leakage protection device. Using Matlab and Protues software to simulate the characteristics of single-phase, two-phase leakage current waveform of TT system and operationally simulate the microcontroller. The results show that the design meets the pratical application requirements. |
