平板式CPL系统实验研究

摘 要: | 对平板式毛细抽吸环路(capillary pumped loop,CPL)系统的蒸发器结构进行改进,以消除不凝性气体对系统的影响,就不凝性气体对系统的影响做定性分析,并对改进后的系统进行在有重力辅助倾角下和无重力辅助倾角下的启动实验、变工况实验。实验结果表明:有重力辅助倾角情况下,系统可以在加热功率100~800 W(热流密度达到2.05 W/cm2)下顺利启动;无重力辅助倾角情况下,系统可以在加热功率100~500 W(热流密度达到1.28 W/cm2)下顺利启动。对系统的变工况实验结果表明:系统有良好的适应变热负荷能力。此外,还重点研究了储液器设点温度和重力辅助倾角对实验结果的影响。 |

Abstract: | An improved flat-plate type capillary pumped loop (CPL) system is proposed, fabricated and tested in this paper, which aims to eliminate the influence of non-condensed gas (NCG) on system operation. And the qualitative analysis of the influence of NCG on system is conducted. A series of startup and operation capability experiments are carried out under gravity assisted and non-gravity assisted conditions. The experiment results show that, under the gravity assisted condition, CPL could start up smoothly when heat load is in the range of 100 W to 800 W (heat flux up to 2.05 W/cm2); under the non-gravity assisted condition, CPL could start up smoothly when heat load is in the range of 100 W to 500 W (heat flux up to 1.28 W/cm2). The results of operation capability experiments show that the CPL system has the capability of well bearing mutative heat load. The effects of the reservoir set temperature and gravity are also studied in this paper. |
