内生真菌感染对不同地理种群羽茅的生理生态影响

摘 要: | 实验采用田间盆栽,研究内生真菌对海拉尔种群与锡林浩特定位站种群的羽茅(Achnatherum sibiricum)在不同生长阶段的影响。研究结果表明:Neotyphodium内生真菌对羽茅的影响与宿主羽茅所处的原生生境及不同的生长发育阶段有关。羽茅生长前期,内生真菌显著提高了海拉尔种群植株的株高、比叶重、水分利用效率以及光合氮利用效率;羽茅生长后期,内生真菌对锡林浩特定位站羽茅的光合氮利用效率有显著的贡献。感染内生真菌对2个地理种群中羽茅的生物量分配、叶绿素含量、叶片氮含量都没有显著影响。 |

Abstract: | This experiment studied the effect of endophyte infection in different growth stages of Achnatherum sibiricum between Hailar population and Xilinhot population. The results showed that the effect of Neotyphodium on A. sibiricum was related to the original environment and different growth stages of A. sibiricum. At seedling stage, endophyte infection significantly increased plant height, leaf mass per area, water use efficiency and photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency of Hailar population. At later growth stage, endophyte infection made a significant contribution to the photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency of Xinlinhot population. There were no significant differences in biomass distribution, chlorophyll content and leaf nitrogen content of A. sibiricum in two populations. |
