女子中长跑运动员体成分与骨密度分析

摘 要: 目的:分析女子中长跑运动员骨密度和体成分构成特点,并与同龄一般人群比较,探讨长期中长跑训练对女性运动员骨密度和体成分的影响。方法:采用双能X光吸收法(dual energy X-ray absorptiometry, DEXA),测试8名女子中长跑运动员和30名普通女大学生(对照)骨密度和体成分。结果:女子中长跑运动员组与对照组间体重总量没有统计学差异,但各部位体脂含量、体脂率均为运动员组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),运动员组骨盆、躯干及下肢骨矿物质含量及下肢骨密度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:女子中长跑运动员表现出来的体脂率低、骨盆及下肢骨密度较高的特征可能与其长期的专项训练有关。运动员这一特殊群体可能需要不同于一般人群的骨密度标准。应当关注女子中长跑运动员体成分与能量平衡及其对女性特殊生理功能的影响。

Title: Body composition and bone mineral density in female middle-distance runners

Abstract: Objective: To determine the body composition and bone mineral density of female middle-distance runners and compare with controls. Methods: 8 female middle-distance runners and 30 non-athlete controls recruited from Beijing Sport University were evaluated for measurements of body composition and bone density by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA). Results: Comparing to the control group, the middle-distance runners have lower body fat mass and body fat percentage in terms of whole body and several parts. There are no significant differences in bone mineral mass and bone mineral density of whole body and upper part between athletes and non-athletes. However, the bone mineral mass or bone mineral density of the pelvis, trunk and legs of runners are greater than controls significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: The characteristics of low body fat percentage and higher bone density in the pelvis and legs of female runners might be related to the chronic training. The special standard of bone mineral density for athletes might be required. Body composition and energy balance of female middle-distance runners should be monitored closely, especially for their effect on reproductive function of female athletes.
