迟缓爱德华氏菌对鱼血浆反应的差异蛋白质组学研究

| 摘 要： | 将同等菌量的迟缓爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella tarda)与不同体积的鱼血浆孵育，获取全菌蛋白，通过观察等电聚焦双向电泳，发现经过血浆处理后迟缓爱德华氏菌有两个显著上调差异点；进一步质谱鉴定，这两个差异点分别为GTP结合蛋白（YihK）和磷酸甘油酸变位酶（GpmA）。这些发现有助于阐明病原菌对鱼血浆反应的分子机制。 |

Upregulation of YihK and GpmA were detected. The finding is helpful in clarification of molecular mechanism of Edwardsiella tarda in response to fish plasma. |
