切向力对厚壁单胞结构体接触力学的影响

摘 要: | 利用ANSYS有限元软件分析了切向力对高温发汗自润滑厚壁单胞体结构内部应力及表面接触力学特性的影响。结果表明:切向力对单胞体接触表面的应力有较大影响,而对其内部,尤其是内表面应力几乎没有影响;孔隙率对单胞体接触表面应力影响很小,但是对单胞体内表面应力影响很大。因此,切向力的存在对高温发汗自润滑厚壁胞体结构的接触强度影响不大,而孔隙率的改变则会极大地影响其接触强度。 |

Abstract: | The effects of tangential force on the inner stresses and contact mechanics of high temperature sweating and self-lubricating thick-walled single cell body were analyzed using the ANSYS finite element software. The results show that: Tangential force has great influences on the stresses distributed on the contact surface, but it almost has no influence on its internal stresses, especially on the stresses distributed on the inner surface. On the contrary, the porosity has little effect on the stresses distributed on the contact surface. However, it influences the stresses distributed on the inner surface largely. Therefore, the existence of tangential force has little effect on the contact strength of high temperature sweating and self-lubricating thick-walled single cell body, but the change of porosity will greatly influence its contact strength. |
