关于壳资源交易中定价问题的综述

| 摘 要： | 分别从国外文献和国内文献2个方面对上市公司壳资源交易中的定价问题进行了综述。国外的相关文献主要涉及壳资源特性和资产定价方法2个方面；国内文献主要从壳资源价值构成、壳资源定价方法分析、壳资源定价方法应用和壳资源定价相关实证4个大方面进行综述。在综述及分析的基础上进一步指出当前研究中存在的主要问题和不足，认为不完全信息下的实物期权理论更适合用于对壳资源的定价研究。 |

| Abstract： | This paper summarizes the foreign and domestic literatures on pricing concerning shell resource trading. The collection of the abroad mainly involves the specialty of shell resource and the methods of assets pricing elaborately, while the local literatures mostly touch upon the value composition of shell resource, the analysis of pricing methods, the application of pricing methods, and the related empirical study on the shell resource pricing, etc. The paper points out some problem and drawback in the current research on the foundation of the review and analyses, and believes that the real option theory and incomplete information states should be included in the further study on shell resource pricing. |
