中国居民通信支出与通信业发展的内在影响

| 摘 要： | 运用系统动力学的方法从居民、通信行业、政府3个方面构建系统动力学模型，完成通信支出与通信发展系统动力学图，并对三者之间的关系进行分析。从通信行业消费、业务消费、城乡消费和区域消费4个领域分别分析居民通信支出的情况，并分析了资费政策对通信业发展的影响。最后借鉴国外通信业发展及监管经验，对新形势下通信行业的发展提出策略建议。 |

The second part of this paper is analyzed from four areas: industry consumption, service consumption, urban and rural consumption and regional consumption. Then from the angle of price policy, the paper researched the development of telecommunication industry. With operating and regulatory experiences of foreign telecom industry, this paper put forward suggestions on the development of telecom industry in new situation. |
