阜新市资源型城市转型的困境及对策分析

| 摘 要： | 针对阜新市资源型城市转型主要存在产业结构不合理、人才结构单一、就业形势严峻和城市环境面临危机的困境，提出优化产业结构、加强人才队伍建设、促进民生建设、改善和治理环境等对策与战略，旨在为加快阜新市经济转型进程提供一定的建议与借鉴。 |

| Abstract： | In the light of the main difficulties faced by Fuxin resource-based city transformation such as the industrial structure is unreasonable, the talent structure is single-sided, the employment situation is very serious and the city environment faces crisis, this paper proposes the strategy and countermeasures to optimize the industrial structure, strengthen the construction of qualified personnel, promote the construction of people’s livelihood and improve and manage environment, in order to provide some proposals and references for speeding up the process of economic transformation of Fuxin city. |
