城市社区居民建设性参与问题研究——基于对阜新市城市社区的调查

| 摘 要： | 采用调查问卷和访谈调查的方法分析辽宁省阜新市城市社区居民参与的困境，并在此基础上提出建设性参与概念，之后详细阐述建设性参与的含义、特征与意义，最后提出了以培养建设性参与文化、拓宽建设性参与渠道和创新建设性参与体制为主要内容的城市社区居民建设性参与体系，以发挥社区居民在社区治理中的建设性作用，推动阜新市城市社区自治的深入发展。 |

It describes the meaning, characteristics and significance of constructive participation, and proposes a constructive participation system for urban community residents taking cultivating constructive participation culture, broadening constructive participation channel and innovating constructive participation system as main contents, so as to make the community residents play a constructive role in the community governance, thereby promoting the further development of the urban community self-governance in Fuxin city. |
