约束价值流图析及其在某芯片封装生产线的应用

| 摘 要： | 针对电子生产企业自主推行生产系统改善过程中存在的问题，提出基于约束价值流图析（constraint value stream mapping，CVSM）的生产系统改善方案。将精益思想和约束理论相结合，对价值流图析（value stream mapping，VSM）技术进行改进，提出CVSM技术以支撑其改善活动推进。选择典型案例，结合其生产系统的实际情况进行CVSM技术的实践应用。将CVSM应用于某芯片封装生产线改善方案的研究与制定，梳理了CVSM的应用流程和相关管理控制，对应用效果进行评估，为我国电子生产企业和其他存在类似问题的制造企业提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract： | In order to solve the problems accrued during self improvement of electronic manufacturers, a production system improvement mode based on constraint value stream mapping (CVSM) has been proposed. This paper optimizes the value stream mapping (VSM) tool and hammers out CVSM tool, so as to combine lean think and theory of constraints (TOC) aiming at optimizing the production system for research purpose. A typical production system has been chosen to study the implementation of CVSM tool in real circumstances. An application of the CVSM has been performed in a chip set assembling line to lay down an improvement scheme. The application process and related management control has been cleared. The effects have been evaluated, which provide a reference for electronic manufacturers and enterprises in other fields in China. |
