基于稳健回归的互联电网地区电价指数分析

| 摘 要： | 以互联电网地区经济理论为基础，建立我国电力工业出厂电价指数与电能消耗量、工业总产值指数（1990年至2008年）的稳健回归模型。分析结果表明，通过M估计建立的稳健回归模型可以更有效地对数据进行分析，减小异常点的影响。 |

| Abstract： | Based on the interconnected grid regional economic theory, this paper establishes a robust regression model of the industrial factory electricity tariff index and energy consumption, industrial output value index (1990-2008) in China, Analysis results showed that robust regression model established through M-estimators was more effective on data analysis, and could reduce the impact of the outliers. |
