一类结核菌感染的免疫系统-抗原模型研究

摘 要: | 建立一类巨噬细胞与结核杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)相互作用的动力学模型。利用微分方程定性和稳定性理论分析模型的渐近性态,确定了各个平衡点的存在性和稳定性,证明了模型存在后向分支,并得到了出现后向分支的条件。 |

Abstract: | In this paper, the dynamics model was formulated to describe the interaction of Mycobacterium tuberculosis with macrophage cells. By the qualitative and stability theory of the differential equations, the asymptotic behaviors of the model were analyzed. The existence and stability properties of all equilibria points were determined. Furthermore, it was proved that the backward bifurcation existed in the model, and the conditions for backward bifurcation were obtained. |
