应激源与应对方式对大学生心理健康的交互效应分析

摘 要: 目的:探究应激源和应对方式在影响大学生心理健康的过程中是否存在交互效应。方法:采用自编大学生应激源问卷,应对方式问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对500名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:应激源、应对方式之间交互效应存在。应激源和心理健康呈显著性相关,它是诱发大学生产生心理危机的直接原因。成熟型应对方式对心理健康具有积极的促进作用,不成熟型应对方式对心理健康具有消极的影响作用。结论:应激源和应对方式之间的交互效应显著,交互效应对大学生心理健康的也有显著的影响。

Title: Interaction analysis of stressor with coping style on college students’ mental health

Abstract: Objective: To explore whether there is the interaction of the stressor with the coping style in the process of affecting the college students’ mental health. Methods: 500 college students were collected as the research objects. They were tested with college students stressor questionnaire edited themselves, coping style questionnaire and self-rating questionnaire (SCL-90). Results: The interaction of the stressor with the coping style was existed. The correlation between stressor and mental health was prominent, it is the direct reason for causing the college students’ psychological crisis. The mature coping style had a positive role on promoting mental health, while the immature coping style had a negative impact on mental health. Conclusion: The interaction of the stressor with the coping style is prominent, and the effects of interaction on the mental health is also significant.
