临近建筑物对基坑变形影响的数值模拟分析

摘 要: | 以淮安某深基坑工程为背景,利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立该基坑工程的三维数值分析模型,对深基坑的施工过程进行模拟。主要研究了临近建筑物参数,如建筑物位置、建筑荷载大小等不同情况对开挖过程中基坑变形的影响效应,并得到基坑周边场地地表的一系列变形规律。依据数值分析得到了一系列有益结论:建筑物至基坑边缘距离越远,对开挖过程的基坑变形影响越小;且偏离基坑轴心位置处的建筑物对基坑变形的影响比轴心位置处的建筑物对基坑变形的影响大。此外,建筑物本身的荷载越大对基坑变形的影响也越大。上述结论对实际工程的设计和施工有一定指导意义和参考价值。 |

Abstract: | Taking deep foundation pit enginering in Huai’an as background, the process of deep excavation engineering was simulated using 3D analysis model based on finite element method ABAQUS. The influences of nearby building parameters such as building location, and building loads on foundation pit deformation in the process of foundation pit excavation were studied, and the deformational laws of the soil around foundation pit were obtained. According to the analysis, we obtained the following results: with the farther distance of buildings from foundation pit, the influence on foundation pit deformation reduced, and the influence of nearby building in axis location on excavation is smaller than the building deviating from the axis location. In addition, with bigger building load, the bigger influence occurred to excavation. The conclusions have guiding significances for the design and construction of excavation. |
