一种适用于无线局域网MIMO-OFDM系统的调制方法

摘 要: 研究在无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLANs)中引入旋转调制技术后的性能,并与多输入多输出(multi-input multi-output,MIMO)技术和正交频分复用技术(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing,OFDM)相结合。与传统的调制方法相比,该方案将编码、调制和MIMO-OFDM作为一个整体进行联合优化,充分利用了时间分集、频率分集、空间分集和调制分集,以很小的复杂度代价获得了较大的性能提升,具有较强的抗衰落特性,有效地增强了无线传输系统的可靠性。仿真结果表明了该方案的有效性和对信道估计及相位噪声的健壮性。

Title: A modulation method for WLAN MIMO-OFDM system

Abstract: In this paper, the performance of wireless local area networks (WLANs) was investigated after introducing rotation modulation technology and combining with multi-input multi-output (MIMO) and orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) technology. Compared with traditional modulation method, this scheme takes encoding, modulating and MIMO-OFDM as a whole to be optimized, so it can fully make use of time diversity, frequency diversity, space diversity as well as modulation diversity. This method, which can get a large performance gain with a small complexity addition and have strong ability to overcome fading channel, effectively increases the transmission reliability of wireless systems. Numerical results illustrated the effectiveness of the proposed method and revealed that this method was robust to channel estimation and phase noise.
