一种确定离心铸造界面换热系数的数学模型

摘 要: | 通过对金属熔体与铸型之间的界面作用进行数学建模分析,研究金属熔液表面压力的变化对界面热阻的影响,并根据模型结果分析离心转速及铸型/铸件热导率等参数对界面换热系数的影响规律。结果表明:随着离心转速的增加,界面换热系数增加,气隙部分的导热能力对界面换热系数的影响起主导作用,铸型(或涂料)的热导率对界面换热系数的影响不可忽略,但是金属熔液热导率的影响不明显。 |

Abstract: | Based on the mathematical model for the interaction of the alloy melt with the rough surface of mold, the effects of the melt pressure, the centrifugal force and the thermal conductivities of the involved materials on the interfacial heat-transfer coefficient were studied. The calculated results show that the interfacial heat-transfer coefficient is increased with the increase of the centrifugal force. The influences of the thermal conductivities are complicated: the influence of the heat-resistance from the air-gap is dominant; the influence of the mold conductivity can not be ignored, whereas the influence of the alloy melt is negligible. |
