退火对钴掺杂铌酸锂局域结构与磁性的影响

摘 要: 采用高能离子注入的方法制备了Co掺杂铌酸锂(LiNbO3)材料(掺杂原子浓度为3.5%),并采用X射线近邻吸收谱(X-ray absorption near edge structure,XANES)和多重散射第一性原理模拟了掺杂元素的价态和局域结构。结果表明:Co在LiNbO3晶格中取代Nb的位置,价态在二价到三价之间。Co掺杂LiNbO3显示出室温铁磁性,退火处理能增强Co掺杂LiNbO3的磁性。Co的K边XANES表明,退火后LiNbO3材料中O空位的增加是导致磁性增强的主要原因。

Title: Influence of annealing on microstructure and magnetic properties of Co-doped LiNbO3

Abstract: In this paper, Co-doped LiNbO3 was prepared by ion beam implantation with Co atom content of 3.5%. The microstructure and magnetic properties of the doped LiNbO3 were investigated. X-ray absorption near edge structure (XANES) was used with first-principles calculation to determine the structure characterization. The results showed that the Co atoms substituted principally the Nb atoms in the LiNbO3 lattice with valence state between +2 and +3. All the samples exhibitd room temperature ferromagnetism. The atomic magnetic moments increased after anealing, which was mediated by the increasing oxygen vacancies after anealing.
