稀土卤氧化物的近红外及上转换掺杂发光性能研究

摘 要: 采用传统高温固相方法,研究NH4X过量比例与产物相结构的关系,在较温和的条件下分别制备出三方或立方相LaOF,四方相LaOCl和四方相LaOBr. 光谱研究表明:Eu3+在LaOX(X=F,Cl,Br)基质中均产生特征的红色光致发光。Er3+或Yb3+/Er3+共掺LaOCl,可分别实现黄绿色和红色上转换发光,由此探讨其可能的上转换发光机理。研究结果还表明:通过在LaOCl体系中共掺杂Nd3+和Yb3+,可产生有效的能量传递,产生高亮度的近红外发光,可作为一类有应用前景的太阳能电池光谱转换材料。

Title: Near infrared luminescence and upconversion luminescence of rare earth oxyhalide

Abstract: By using the conventional solid-state method, LaOF with trigonal or cubic phase structures, LaOCl and LaOBr with tetragonal structures have been successfully prepared on the basis of the relationship of the addition amount of NH4X and the as-obtained phase structures. Photoluminescence investigations indicate that Eu3+ doped LaOX samples will show characteristic red emission near 610 nm. Er3+ single doped or Yb3+/Er3+ codoped LaOCl samples give yellowish green and red upconversion luminescence, respectively, and the possible luminescence is also given. The results verify that Yb3+/Nd3+ codoped LaOCl samples give strong near infrared luminescence, and the efficient energy transfer between Yb3+ and Nd3+ is also discussed. LaOCl:Yb3+/Nd3+ materials with near infrared luminescence will be potential in the field of spectral conversion for solar energy cell.
