影响群体性事件满意度因素和对策分析——基于某市群体性事件调查

| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查收集数据，通过定性与定量相结合的分析方法，建立群体性事件满意度二元Logistic回归模型，分析影响群体性事件满意度的因素。最终得出：了解程度、是否有预警人员、预警方案和是否相信政府是影响群体性事件满意度的重要因素。提出拓宽利益诉求渠道、加强科学预警机制建设以及完善群体性事件处理机制建设的对策，以提高市民的了解程度、预警人员的能力和政府的公信力。从而提高市民对政府处理群体性事件的满意度，进而有利于维护社会稳定。 |

| Abstract： | This paper collected data by questionnaire survey and established binary Logistic regression model of group events satisfaction through the qualitative and quantitative methods. The purpose was to analyze the influencing factors of the satisfaction for group events. It drew a conclusion that the degree of understanding, warning staff, early warning scheme and whether you trusted in the government were important factors of group events. Furthermore, broadening channel for interest expression, strengthening scientific early-warning mechanism and constructing a handle mechanism were proposed to improve the understanding of the public, the competence of warning staff and the credibility of the government. Therefore, improving satisfaction of the public with the government handling of group events could be conducive to maintaining social stability. |
