户外环网柜闭锁装置的研究与设计

摘 要: | 运用微机防误观念设计了一套新型户外环网柜闭锁装置,以提高户外环网柜操作安全性,杜绝环网柜发生误操作,保证二次配电网的运行安全。该装置包括上位机、电脑钥匙和锁具,上位机与电脑钥匙之间采用串口通信和红外通信相结合的方式进行数据传输,其中电脑钥匙以ATmega128为核心处理器,模块化设计外围功能电路。通过测试,电脑钥匙能很好地与上位机进行信息通信,环网柜闭锁装置能较好地完成智能化防误操作,降低由于人的出错而发生误操作的可能性,提高配电网设备安全运行的能力。 |

Abstract: | A new outdoor electronic ring network cabinet locking device is designed by using micro-computerized anti-malfunction concept, in order to improve the operating security of outdoor electronic ring network cabinet, put an end to the misoperation of electronic ring network cabinet, ensure the safe operation of the secondary distribution network. This device includes the upper computer, computer key and lock. A combination of the serial interface communication and the infrared communication is adopted between upper computer and computer key for data transmission. The computer key takes ATmega128 as the core processor. The peripheral electric circuit is designed modularly. The test results show that, the computer key can be good at information communication with the upper computer, electronic ring network cabinet locking device can complete intelligent anti-misoperation preferably, reduce the possibility of misoperation caused by human error, and greatly improve the safe operation ability of the distribution network equipment. |
