形状记忆合金阻尼间隔棒减振性能研究

摘 要: 利用超弹性形状记忆合金丝的耗能能力和自动复位能力,设计并制作了一种新型的阻尼间隔棒。运用有限元软件ANSYS分别安装建立普通间隔棒和形状记忆合金(shape memory alloy, SMA)阻尼间隔棒的大档距六分裂导线的有限元模型,施加脉动风荷载后进行响应分析。根据前面得到的SMA阻尼间隔棒最佳性能参数指导并进行舞动试验,模拟试验环境重新建立有限元模型,依据试验数据验证有限元建模的准确性,找到SMA阻尼间隔棒的最佳性能参数。结果表明:安装SMA阻尼间隔棒的导线舞动振幅要比安装普通间隔棒的舞动振幅小,说明SMA阻尼间隔棒加装到导线上可以更好地抑制导线舞动的发生,并能减小导线舞动时的振幅。

Title: Vibration performance research of shape memory alloy damping interval

Abstract: A new kind of damping interval was designed and made by use of the energy consumption and automatic reset ability of superelastic shape memory alloy wire. The finite element models of large span six split conductor of general interval and shape memory alloy (SMA) damping interval were installed respectively by using finite element software ANSYS. Response analysis was made on it after applying pulsating wind load. According to the best performance parameters of SMA damping interval got previously, dancing experiments was guided and proceeded. Experiment environment was simulated to re-establish finite element model. On the basis of experimental data, the accuracy of the finite element modeling was verified, and the best performance parameters of the SMA damping interval were found. Results showed that wave amplitude of the conductor installed with SMA damping interval was smaller than that installed with ordinary interval, which illustrated that the installation of SMA damping interval to the conductor could better inhibit conductor dancing and reduce the wave amplitude of the conductor dancing.
