集流器结构对离心通风机性能的影响研究

摘 要: 采用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)方法对6种不同结构型式集流器的离心通风机进行模拟计算,以考察集流器结构变化对离心通风机整体性能的影响。通过对比分析不同结构集流器的离心通风机全压和2个特征截面的速度分布,发现锥弧形集流器与整机的匹配最好,圆筒形和圆锥形与整机的匹配最差。以上结论为合理设计与选择集流器、改善离心通风机性能提供了依据。

Abstract: The effects of six types of fan bell mouth on the performance of centrifugal fan were investigated by using the commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. By analyzing the total pressure and velocity distribution of two feature sections of centrifugal fans with different bell mouth forms, it was turned out that the cone arc bell mouth was the best in matching with fans, while the cylindrical and conical ones were the worst. The conclusion provided the gist for well design and reasonable choose for improving the performance of centrifugal fan.
