机床复杂能耗特征的多维系统建模

摘 要: 为有效利用功率数据中蕴含的复杂特性,提出一种对机床复杂能耗特征进行全面描述的系统建模方法。首先对机床运行过程的复杂能耗特征进行分析;在此基础上,采用系统建模理论,从状态建模、数学建模和信息建模等3个维度,建立机床复杂能耗特征的多维系统模型。数控机床工件混件加工的案例表明,机床多维系统模型中的信息建模可以用于加工工件类型的自动识别。

Title: Multi-dimension system modeling related to the complex energy consumption characteristics of machine tools

Abstract: To efficiently exploit the characteristics contained in electrical power data, a systematic modeling approach for the complex energy consumption characteristics of machine tools was proposed in this work. Firstly, the complex energy consumption characteristics of machine tools was analyzed. Based on it, with the system modeling theory, the multi-dimension model related to the complex energy consumption characteristics of machine tools in term of three dimensions of machine tools including state model, mathematical and information model was created. The case study of the processing of workpiece mixed in numerical conrtol lathe showed that the information model of multi-dimension model could be used to identify workpiece in machining.
