基于CAN现场总线的双丝脉冲MIG焊相位协同控制系统

摘 要: 为解决双丝脉冲熔化极惰性气体(metal inert-gas, MIG)焊主从机两路脉冲输出之间交替相位控制问题,采用控制器局域网(controller area network, CAN)现场总线构建双丝脉冲MIG焊主从机之间的通信网络,使两路脉冲获得相同频率的180°相差交替相位输出,有效减少了双电弧之间的干扰,稳定了双电弧,提高了焊接速度。试验结果表明:所设计的基于CAN现场总线的双丝脉冲MIG焊相位协同控制系统满足设计要求,焊接过程稳定,焊缝成形美观,能实现良好的双丝脉冲MIG焊过程。

Abstract: To overcome the alternation type phase output of two pulsed waveform for master and salve power supply of twin-wire pulsed metal inert-gas (MIG) welding, a communication net between master and salve power supply was presented, which was established based on controller area network (CAN), and the alternation type phase output of two pulsed waveform with the same frequency and the 180�discrepancy of phase was realized, it could reduce the interaction of twin arc, enhance the stability of twin arc and improve travel speed effectively. The results of the experiment demonstrated that the developed CAN based phase synchronic control system for twin-wire pulsed MIG welding met the design requirements, and the merits of the twin-wire high speed welding were stable welding process and perfect weld seam formation.
