基于三类基函数的动态优化问题进化求解策略

摘 要: 通过引入三类基函数的概念,提出一种基于基函数的新动态优化问题(dynamic optimization problems,DOPs)进化求解策略。该方法使用基函数的线性组合替代以往的分段线性函数取近似控制轨线,并使用三角差分进化算法优化控制参数。通过对2个经典的DOPs使用基函数进化策略仿真研究,得出结论:新方法可以获得与以往方案精度相当甚至更优的结果,是一种值得采用的新方法。

Abstract: This paper introduces three types of basis functions, and then proposes a new evolutionary method based on these basis functions for dynamic optimization problems (DOPs). The proposed basis functions can substitute the traditional step functions to approximate the control trajectories of DOPs. Our method uses linear combinations of these basis functions to approximate the control trajectories, and optimize control parameters through trigonometric differential evolution. Our proposed method is applied to solve two DOPs, and the results indicate that the new approach can obtain solutions with the same accuracy or even better solutions when comparing with the traditional method based on piecewise constant functions.
