从传统外包到转型外包

| 摘 要： | 在对国内外学者研究转型外包的相关文献进行系统梳理的基础上，回顾了传统外包到转型外包的发展历程、传统外包与转型外包的联系与区别；探讨了企业通过转型外包寻求转型升级的关键性问题，分析讨论了转型外包概念的内涵，进而梳理出组织理论、竞合理论、社会交换及社会资本4个转型外包研究视角。最后，构建了转型外包概念的基本研究框架，并且指出了转型外包研究可进一步深入的方向。 |

| Abstract： | Based on a review of existing literatures of transformational outsourcing, the analysis of the concept of transformational outsourcing is first conducted. This paper comprehensively reviews the development, current situation and issues in the transition from traditional outsourcing to transformational outsourcing, and connection and differences of traditional outsourcing and transformational outsourcing. Then it explores four research perspectives of transformational outsourcing, i.e. organization theory, competition theory, social exchange, as well as social capital. Finally, it constructs a conceptual framework of transformational outsourcing research and points out the shortcomings of existing transformational outsourcing research and the directions in the future research. |
