带部分缺货回补和紧急供应商的两阶段动态规划模型

| 摘 要： | 在部分缺货回补和有紧急供应商条件下，对有相关需求的两阶段报童模型进行研究。通过利润分析，建立动态规划模型，然后给出求解零售商最优订货策略的算法。最后，结合数值算例验证算法的有效性，并通过灵敏度分析得出两阶段需求相关系数及缺货回补率等参数对零售商订货决策的影响。 |

| Abstract： | In this paper, under the conditions of backordering and existing an emergent supplier, we study the optimal ordering strategy of two-stage newsboy model of related demands. Through benefit analysis, we establish a dynamic programming model, and give an algorithm to solve the retailer’s optimal ordering policy. Finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by combining with a numerical example. The sensitivity analysis shows that the correlation coefficient of two stage demands and the backordering rate have important influence for retailer’s order decision and profit. |
