发光层厚度优化对有机电致发光器件性能的影响

摘 要: | 通过优化有机电致发光器件发光层(emission layer,EML),使其发光效率得到提高。通过调节EML厚度,电流密度为20 mA/cm2时,电流效率达到6.53 cd/A(Device2),与EML厚度未经优化的2个器件Device1及Device3相比,Device2的电流效率分别提高了40%和23%. 改善的原因是EML的厚度优化使EML区域的载流子达到有效平衡。 |

Abstract: | In this paper, luminous efficiency of organic light-emitting diodes has been enhanced by the optimization of the emission layer (EML). By optimizing the thickness of EML, we achieved a current efficiency of 6.53 cd/A (Device 2) at a current density of 20 mA/cm2, Which is 40% higher compared with Device 1 and 23% higher compared with Device 3. This improvement in the device efficiency has been attributed to the optimization of the EML which leads to the effective carrier balance in the emission zone. |
