基于激光器输出功率可调的稳定光源设计

摘 要: 设计一种基于激光器驱动芯片iC-WKN的具有慢启动功能和低纹波系数的半导体激光器驱动电源。为减小温度变化的影响,为半导体激光器设计了一套温度控制装置,使激光器能够在恒温下工作。其次,设计了一套由数模(digital to analog,D/A)转换器和单片机组成的信号调节电路,实现对激光器输出功率的调节与控制。设计的稳定光源具有温度稳定性高、输出功率可持续调节、成本低等特点。

Title: Design of stable light source with adjustable output power based on the laser

Abstract: In this paper, a new semiconductor laser driving power with slow-start function and low ripple based on laser driver chip iC-WKN is designed. In order to reduce the influence of temperature change, a temperature control device is designed to make laser work under a stable temperature. Then, a signal regulation circuit which consists of D/A converter and single chip microcomputer is designed to achieve the regulation and control to laser output power. The stable light source has many characterastics including high stability temperature, laser outpat power contiunous reguliton and low costs.
