TerraSAR-X与QuickBird影像融合方法比较研究

摘 要: | 以高分辨率TerraSAR-X与QuickBird影像为数据基础,经过滤波、配准等预处理,采用Brovey变换(Brovey transform,BT)、主成分分析(principal component analysis,PCA)变换、亮度-色度-饱和度(intensity,hue,saturation,IHS)变换、高通滤波(high-pass filter,HPF)以及小波变换(wavelet transform,WT)5种方法进行融合实验,并选取均值、标准差、信息熵、平均梯度、光谱扭曲度和相关系数对融合结果进行质量评价。结果表明:WT方法所得图像目视效果最好,波段的平均相关系数和信息熵均最高,分别为0.97和0.67,其继承和包含的信息最为丰富;HPF方法所得图像存在明亮的斑点,但其波段平均光谱扭曲度最小,融合图像的光谱失真较小;BT,PCA,IHS方法所得图像目视效果较差,但IHS变换的波段平均梯度最高达7.79,融合图像的细节反差明显。综合各项指标,小波变换融合方法在高分辨率TerraSAR-X和QuickBird影像的融合方面具有优势。 |

Abstract: | Based on TerraSAR-X and QuickBird images with high spatial resolution,after filtering, pre-registration, etc., we use Brovey transform (BT), principal componentanalysis transform (PCA), intensity, hue, saturation (IHS)transform, high-pass filter (HPF) and wavelet transform (WT) to conduct fusion test, and select the mean, standard deviation, information entropy, average gradient, spectral distortion degree and correlation coefficients to evaluate the quality of fusion results. The results show that WT method has the best visual interpretation effects.The average spectral correlation coefficient and average information entropy of bands are the highest, which are respective 0.97 and 0.67. The fused image with WT contains and inherits the most abundant information. The fused image with HPF has bright speckles, but it has the minimum average spectral distortion of band.The visual interpretation effects of BT, PCA and IHS are bad. But IHS has the highest average gradient 7.79.The contrast of details of the fused image is obvious.Considering all the indicators, the fusion method based on wavelet transform has the advantages in fusion of TerraSAR-X and QuickBird images with high spatial resolution. |
