模糊综合评价在FDI环境评价中的应用——以河南省为例

| 摘 要： | 以河南省为例，对外商直接投资（foreign direct investment, FDI）环境评价进行研究。针对河南省的具体情况，建立了包含5大类、30个因素的多层次评价体系，运用模糊综合评价法计算各个因素的权重并最终对河南省的FDI环境进行评价。研究发现，虽然在某些资源禀赋上比较匮乏，但是河南省的FDI整体环境非常好，有利于FDI的进入。 |

| Abstract： | Taking Henan province as a case, the evaluation on foreign direct investment (FDI) is studied. According to the special environment of Henan province, the evaluation model containing 5 levels and 30 factors is established. The weighting factors for each input are determined by the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and finally the FDI of Henan province is evaluated. The research shows that even Henan province lacks of some resources, the FDI environment of Henan is very good, which is beneficial for FDI entering. |
