大连市主导产业选择研究与建议

| 摘 要： | 对大连市产业结构进行分析，选取第二产业和第三产业作为研究对象，并选取第二、第三产业中比重较大的产业，从技术创新性、转换性、适用性、部门带动性，以及发展前景等5个方面进行考虑。利用专家打分法对其重要性进行比较打分，通过层次分析法（analytic hierarchy process，AHP）对大连市的第二、第三产业进行分析，得出大连市目前及未来的主导产业，并对其进行全面分析研究，为大连市的产业结构调整及升级提出了相关建议，为政府部门制定相关政策提供了理论依据。 |

| Abstract： | This paper analyzes the industrial structure of Dalian city, so as to select the secondary and tertiary industry as the research object, and select a larger proportion of the second and third industries. The analysis of the major industries in this passage chooses five targets, such as innovation of technology, convertibility, applicability, the promotion ability of departments and the future of development. The importance of comparing scoring is provided using the expert scoring method. According to the analysis on the secondary and tertiary industries through analytic hierarchy process (AHP) , it comes out the major industries in Dalian city. After totally analyzing all major industries, it offers important advice to make adjustment of the industries’ system of Dalian city. It also proposes some theoretical suggestions to help the government make some relevant policies. |
